I help you clarify your goals, pinpoint your obstacles, figure out ways around those obstacles, and reach success. I guide you to envision your best self — and then to make positive changes that let you make that vision a reality.

I can coach you in the areas of health, fitness, diet, and wellness. My subspecialties include fitness (I’m an NASM-certified personal trainer), coaching people who deal with anxiety, depression, and ADD (all of which I have), and coaching writers (me again!).

I can:

  • Help you set health and fitness goals.
  • Give you advice on how to meet those goals.
  • Help you overcome obstacles to getting healthy, like lack of time, poor time management skills, and problems getting organized.
  • Support you in losing weight, de-stressing, developing healthy habits, and changing your diet for the better.

  • Track your progress.

Why me?

I’ve been mentoring writers with great success for the last five years, and to transition to wellness coaching I’m taking a 13-week certification course and working with my own coach to learn the ropes. My mentees tell me that I’m motivating, encouraging, and all-around good at helping them define and achieve their goals.

Sound interesting? I charge $240 per month for three 45-minute wellness coaching phone sessions and unlimited e-mail support. I know it sounds low…but since I’m a relative newbie, I’m making this special offer to build up my client base.

Your first session, which is a Foundational Session, is free. We’ll use this call to get to know one another, figure out your wellness vision, get you started towards total health, and decide whether we’re right for one another.
