Personal Training

If you have a mood disorder, you may experience certain roadblocks to getting healthy, from lack of motivation to difficulty managing your time and energy. And even if you’re not depressed or anxious, you may often feel too unmotivated, tired, and time-crunched to get fit and enjoy vibrant health.

Exercise can help you calm down, beat the blues, and gain energy! Whether you’re depressed or anxious, or you’re just a busy person who wants to feel healthier, happier, and more energized — my personal training can help.

Here are the personal training services I offer. If you purchases two or more services (including wellness coaching), I’m happy to offer a 10% discount on the services that are of lesser value.

HappyFit Personal Training

I’ll help you get fit, gain strength, and lose weight using free weights, balls, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Sessions typically end with a relaxing yoga stretching sequence and savasana (corpse pose). I train clients at Apex Personal Training Studio in Apex, NC.

What Others Are Saying

“What I really appreciate about my training with Linda is that she customized routines for my specific needs: 30-minute workouts that I can do at home with hand weights and a stability ball. I am thrilled with the results! I already see more definition, and my back and neck pain have all but disappeared. Best of all, because she listened to what I needed, I’ve kept it up instead of doing it a couple of times and then quitting.”
—Leslie Myers

“Linda is always so positive! While she definitely pushes you and your fitness level, she never makes you feel bad if you don’t do something well. She always notices your progress and comments on it, which is a great confidence booster. She asks what you are seeking to achieve with your fitness and she customizes routines to match. She creates workouts that are not machine-dependent. You can do her routines at home using hand weights, your own body weight, or other easy-to-find and inexpensive exercise equipment.”
